To search for a property or housing using specific
criteria is very easy at EAClassifieds. You can search for housing using
the following criteria: Keywords
| e.g. sales, doctor, accountant etc | | Duration | search by how long ago the ad was posted | | Picture / Photo | search by whether you want to see ads with or without pictures
| | Rent | search by choosing the minimum and maximum rent amount you want | Deposit Amount
| search by choosing the minimum and maximum deposit amount you want | Application Fee
| search by choosing the minimum and maximum application fee amount you want | Number of Bedrooms
| search by choosing the number of bedrooms you want | Number of Bathrooms
| search by choosing the number of bathrooms you want | Specific Location
| FIST CHOOSE THE SPECIFIC CITY FROM THE MAIN MENU
| Location in Nairobi
| If searching in Nairobi, choose the specific neighborhood here

This is the procedure for searching for housing using specific criteria on eaclassfieds:- From the Main Menu, click on "Choose City". From the city list that drops down, choose the city you are interested in eg. "Nakuru".

YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE A SPECIFIC CATEGORY. IF YOU TRY AND SEARCH WITHOUT
CHOOSING A SPECIFIC CATEGORY, YOU WILL GET THE DEFAULT SEARCH FORM[pic of default search form - Text showing Default search form] AND NOT THE DETAILED HOUSING SEARCH FORM. [pic of detailed housing search form - Text showing detailed housing search form] - From the Main Menu, click on "Search Ads". The Detailed Job Search Form will drop down and will look like the one above.
- Input the details of your job search criteria using the fields provided and click on the "Search" button at the bottom of the form.
- There, you are all done. You will get a list of all results from your specific city using the housing search criteria that you chose.
- Browse through the list and chose the housing ads that interest you. Click on the specific ad to see more details. It is that simple.
You can also search by clicking on the "Subcategories" if available below the search form.
